24th annual prom dress giveaway held by Cinderella Affair

Prom season is coming up and this weekend, girls in the Valley can get a dress for free thanks to the Cinderella Affair. There are two dates in March when you can shop at the Dixxon Flannel Co. warehouse in Tempe.
