Since 2000, it has taken an average of about two weeks to count every vote in elections, and the speed of the count has been getting more attention in recent years due to closer election results and a very divided electorate. We spoke with former Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer about an election reform bill that Republicans in the Arizona State Legislature proposed.
