Phoenix mulching company to shut down after court settlement

A Laveen composting business is closing following a lawsuit from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The operators of Growers Market agreed to the County's demand to cease operating a composting facility on the property. The business is reportedly violating a zoning ordinance.
