Horton Fire: Community meeting addresses concerns

A community meeting was held on Monday in Payson over a growing wildfire in the Tonto National Forest. The Horton Fire broke out on Dec. 14 just 17 miles from Payson. Dozens of crews are on the ground and in the air working to put on the flames.
