Biden commutes most federal death row sentences

President Joe Biden commutes the death sentences of nearly every inmate on federal death row, changing them to life without parole. Now only three federal prisoners on death row are subject to execution. The Pittsburgh synagogue shooter, the Boston bomber, and the South Carolina church shooter.
