Las Vegas' Sphere too loud? Neighbors say yes

The Sphere lights up Las Vegas day and night, and now organizers want to amp up the music that the Sphere emits. Some neighbors say hold on, claiming the music already coming from the Sphere is too loud. FOX's Kim Passoth has more.
