Sentence overturned in Border Patrol agent’s killing

A U.S. appeals court on Friday overturned the conviction and life sentence of a man found guilty in the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent, a case that brought to light the flawed federal gun sting operation dubbed "Fast and Furious."
