Tropical Storm Debby prepares to make 2nd landfall

Debby, which made landfall in Florida as a hurricane, is slowly making its way up the northeast, and as of the morning of Aug. 7, it is lingering around Georgia and the Carolinas. Reporter Chelse Torres has more, from Charleston, South Carolina.
