Hurricane Debby: Storm makes landfall in Florida

Hurricane Debby has slammed parts of Florida with flooding, damaging wings, and life-threatening storm surge. Debby, which has been downgraded to a tropical storm, is expected to impact other portions of the Eastern Seaboard.
