Prop 139: AZ voters to weigh in on abortion rights

This November, Arizona voters will decide on the issue of abortion, as a ballot known as Prop 139 is likely headed to the ballot. The measure would protect abortion rights until fetal viability, which is commonly considered to be at 24 weeks. FOX 10's Justin Lum has more.
