Midwest flooding kills 1, ruins homes, forces evacs

A train bridge collapsed during major flooding in a big portion of the Midwest. It forced water rescues, evacuations and road closures. Cities are responding after record-breaking amounts of water ruined homes and killed at least one person over the weekend. FOX's Olivianna Calmes is in South Dakota with more on this.
