Teen accused of shooting, killing 13-year-old: PD

Phoenix Police officials say an arrest has been made in connection with an accidental shooting that resulted in the death of 13-year-old Earlric Reynolds. Investigators say the suspect and the victim were playing nerf guns before the suspect pulled out a real gun, and mistakenly fired it at the victim.
