Phoenix HOA's palm tree ban sparks outcry

A dispute over palm trees is growing in a neighborhood in North Phoenix. Several homes in the neighborhood have had palm trees in their front yards for years, but now, the neighborhood's HOA is banning them. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
