8 year old speaks out on Goodyear street racing

Dressed in a suit and tie, 8-year-old William Miller addressed the Goodyear City Council on his concerns about street racing along Estrella Parkway. "Me and my grandma would walk to Sonic to get some ice cream and it's very dangerous because of all the street racers that there is," he told the city council. Miller asked the city council to do something about the street racing. He also urged other kids to get involved when it comes to things they care about.
