Teen killed inside Phoenix apartment complex identified

Investigators are looking into what led up to the teen's death. He's identified as Lucius Holman, 16. The apartment complex where it happened is gated, but the shooting happened in the very last building and unit near 20th Avenue and Camelback Road.
