A piece of the U.S.S. Arizona was given to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and a memorial was built around it in Scottsdale. On Dec. 7, members of the community gathered for a special ceremony to pay their respects. FOX 10's Christina Carilla reports.
