AZ State of Emergency declared for extreme heat
Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs has declared a state of emergency over our extreme heat. It applies to Coconino, Pinal, and Maricopa Counties. The order comes after the Valley experienced its hottest July on record. FOX 10's Lauren Clark has more on the impact the declaration can have.
