Jackknifed truck caused delays along I-10

An accident involving a water truck loaded with digging equipment resulted in traffic delays along the I-10 in Tempe. According to DPS officials, the truck was cut off by another vehicle, and the truck's driver lost control of the vehicle before it jackknifed.
