Fire forces Phoenix residents out of apartments

The fire broke out early Tuesday morning near 2nd Avenue and Jackson. Crews quickly evacuated the residents, who were eventually let back into their apartments. Investigators say a trash collection system was the source of the fire. No apartments were damaged.
