Cheapest livable Phoenix home has new owner

We first brought you the story of a home in Phoenix that is considered to be the cheapest home in town that is livable back in June. We have since learned that a man, after seeing the story on Instagram, decided to buy the home, and the home is finally his after a bidding war. FOX 10's Linda Williams reports.
