Royal Palm community celebrates 4th of July

For the last 60 years, the Royal Palm neighborhood in north Phoenix has put on its annual 4th of July Parade and Celebration. It's a chance for the community to get out and meet one another and of course, participate in a good ole fashion pie-eating contest! FOX 10's Photojournalist Joe Tillman has the story.
