Neighbor reacts to deadly scene in El Mirage

A Phoenix man is dead following a shooting in El Mirage and the suspect has been arrested, police said. The shooting happened on June 19 near El Mirage and Cactus Roads. That's where police say they found a 22-year-old man inside a BMW with a gunshot wound. The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a hospital where he later died.
