Rio Verde: Water bill on Gov. Hobb's desk

It has been months since residents in the Rio Verde Foothills area lost their water supply because the City of Scottsdale ended their water hauling service to the area. As residents continue to worry about their water supply, a bill that aims to solve the problem is on Governor Katie Hobbs' desk. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
