Construction in downtown, midtown Phoenix booming

There are mounting fears of a recession, but, by the looks of it, Phoenix seems to be doing pretty well. New construction projects in downtown and midtown Phoenix seem to be moving full speed ahead. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak joins us.
