Execution Day passes for Aaron Gunches amid ongoing legal battle
Aaron Gunches, who was sentenced to death for a murder in 2002, was set to be executed on April 6, but Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has said she will not execute any prisoners until a review of the state's death penalty protocol is complete. Meanwhile, the family of Gunches' murder victim has filed a lawsuit to compel Gunches' execution, saying Gov. Hobbs' failure to act infringes on their constitutional rights. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett has more on the legal battle.
