Bank collapses & Phoenix City Council changes

The collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank has caused a huge stir in the U.S. What are the long-term implications of those failures? We're going to answer some of those questions in the second half of the program with Dr. Dennis Hoffman, Director of the L. William Seidman Research Institute at the W. P.
