EBT cardholders surprised by unfamiliar store charges

EBT cards in Arizona and other parts of the U.S. have been used at a business in Phoenix, but the problem is, those cardholders have never visited the business. In some cases, they've never even been to Arizona. Now, people are asking questions, and the store owner says he, too, is a victim. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
