Man shoots, kills victim outside of a Phoenix laundromat, police say

A man was shot to death outside a west Valley laundromat in Phoenix Sunday morning. Officers say a man open fired on another man near 27th Avenue and Northern. The victim was rushed to the hospital and was later pronounced dead. No suspect is in custody.
