Rio Verde: Arizona Attorney General issues opinion related to water drama

Residents in the Rio Verde area say they hope an opinion by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes, which states that Maricopa County can provide water to residents in the area, can be a good first step towards solving the water crisis that is plaguing the area. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
