Woman has words for brother missing out of San Tan Valley

The child, identified as 12-year-old Kelly 'KJ' Conklin, was last seen on Dec. 20, and officials with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office say his parents have been arrested for child abuse allegations not directly arrested to KJ's disappearance.
