CBP warns about laced ketamine; saying dealers are mixing the hallucinogenic with fentanyl

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is sounding the alarm as a new trend is emerging. They say the hallucinogenic drug ketamine is being mixed with the synthetic opioid fentanyl, and it's being marketed as a "special kind of high" by dealers who are attempting to get their drugs delivered by mail.
