Arizona drought: Peoria helping people save water with free conservation kit

While parts of Arizona have seen a lot of rain lately as a result of monsoon weather, the state is still in a dire drought, and that is why officials with the City of Peoria is working to help people save both water and money. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
