New round of monsoon weather brought dust, rain and flooding to Phoenix

The latest round of monsoon weather brought not only blowing dust, but also heavy rain and flash flooding for parts of the Phoenix area. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has more on flooding that closed off a portion of US 60.
