Arizona dog rescue says hoarding, abuse situations are increasing due to people wanting to make a quick buck

Job loss, those wanting to make extra money, and COVID-19 pet adoptions are leading to animal hoarding and abuse situations, says an Arizona animal welfare advocate. She's asking for the community's help to adopt or foster newly rescued Mastiffs.
