Suspect who allegedly attacked, killed Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy may face the death penalty

A Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy was laid to rest in October 2021, after he suffered a deadly attack while taking a suspect with felony warrants into custody. Now, that suspect may face the death penalty, county officials said months later.
