Father of child killed in hit-and-run says he would have been 'one of the good ones'

A hit-and-run crash on April 26 at Estrella Parkway and Elliot Road killed 13-year-old Dylan Buensuceso who was riding his bike on the way home from school. Loved ones say he was just seconds from his house.
