Plane swap stunt ends in crash over Arizona after feds denied initial safety exemption request

A "plane swap stunt" by Red Bull that was being streamed live ended in a crash over Arizona. The Federal Aviation Administration says the company requested an exemption from safety regulations and had denied it. However, they went ahead with the stunt anyway.
