Phoenix parents arrested after toddler ingested fentanyl: police

Police booked 37-year-old Marvin Gray and 23-year-old Anna Chavez into jail on child abuse charges. Court documents state the two were arrested, after their child reportedly overdosed after ingesting fentanyl. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
