National Park Service now accepting applications for rafting permits in Grand Canyon

Beginning Feb. 1, the National Park Service is accepting applications for non-commercial rafting permits for next year. The applications are part of a lottery system and 359 permits will be made available for 12-to-25-day trips. Applications will be accepted online through Feb. 22.
