Some say newly-signed infrastructure bill could pave way for a future without drunk driving

Included in the massive infrastructure bill that was signed by President Joe Biden is a provision that for automakers to include anti-drunk driving technologies. Some say this could eliminate drunk driving. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports.
