Iowa boy killed by fallen statue at Arizona Biltmore

Luke Linnett, 8, died on Thanksgiving after a statue fell on him at the Arizona Biltmore resort on Nov. 27. It's unclear how the statue fell from its pedestal. Phoenix Police say there were no signs of foul play in the incident.

New report on death of Scottsdale Det. Ryan So

A new report shows the firearm that shot Scottsdale Detective Ryan So was not properly secured. The report says the rifle was in a bag, but the safety was not in the locked position. Det. So removed it from the car, it fell out of the bag, hit the ground and fired. The report says there is no evidence of criminal negligence and the investigation is closed.

Wrong-way driver collides into DPS trooper

New video shows the moments a DPS trooper collided head on with a wrong-way driver on Loop 101 over the weekend. 26-year-old Nicholas Chavez was arrested and is accused of aggravated DUI. No one was injured in the crash.
