Charles Boggiano and Jacqueline Arnold will be sentenced in a child abuse case in Phoenix. They were Phoenix firefighters who left their child alone in a truck while they shopped. Both parents are charged with one count of felony child abuse.

The trial for Nicholas Cowan is set to begin Wednesday, Dec. 4. He is accused of shooting Phoenix Police Officer Denise Bruce-Jones during a domestic violence incident in 2022. The officer survived and Cowan was tracked down following a manhunt.
