Man accused of assault, indecent exposure along Mesa canal

MESA, Ariz. - A man who allegedly groped a female and exposed himself to another along a canal in Mesa has been arrested.
The backstory:
The incidents happened between late November and early December of last year along the Western Canal, located south of Guadalupe Road between Price and Dobson Roads.
Mesa Police say a man asking for directions to a nearby gas station committed the crimes before fleeing the area on a bicycle.
He was described as having a light complexion with shoulder-length/long curly blonde or dirty blonde hair and was wearing a black hoodie and possibly glasses.
What we know:
On Jan. 15, police said 18-year-old Gavin Harbour was arrested in connection to the incidents. Harbour was booked into jail and is accused of indecent exposure and assault.
