Scottsdale Fire says hazmat crews responded to a fire inside a laundromat near Scottsdale Road and Oak on March 18. Firefighters say aerosol cans exploded and a restaurant in the area had to be evacuated. No one was hurt.

A new report from WalletHub says Scottsdale is the 10th happiest city in the U.S. Criteria for the report include job satisfaction, what there is to do in the city, and depression rates. 'Cop City' protest in Scottsdale neighborhood

The demonstrators spoke out in opposition to the construction of the so-called "Cop City" in Georgia, a controversial police training center in the Atlanta area. Neighbors say the protesters showed up and blocked a gate, preventing them from driving to their homes. Police say about 15 people were peacefully protesting, but a few people were arrested and removed.
