Flagstaff PD chief to retire

The Flagstaff Police Department says it is in the process of recruiting the replacement for Chief Dan Musselman. In 2022, Musselman was put on leave in connection to an undercover investigation of massage parlors. Police were accused of unethical behavior, however, city leader said their conduct was not illegal.

Flagstaff raises minimum wage to $17.40 per hour

Beginning Jan. 1, minimum wage in Flagstaff will increase by 60 cents to $17.40 per hour. Tipped workers will now make at least $15.90. The wage hike applies to any employee expected to work at least 25 hours a year within city limits.
