Arizona's CD-3 race heads to a recount

One of the Arizona primary election contests is headed for a recount. With ballot counting finished, Yassamin Ansari leads Raquel Terán by 42 votes. Under Arizona law, it's within the margin for an automatic recount. This is for Democratic Congressional District 3, the seat currently held by Ruben Gallego. The winner will be a strong favorite against Republican challenger Jeff Zink.

Fake electors: Jenna Ellis to cooperate with Arizona AG

The Arizona Attorney General's Office signed a cooperation agreement with one of the defendants in the fake electors case. Former Trump lawyer, Jenna Ellis signed the agreement Monday morning. FOX 10's Ashlie Rodriguez has the story.

About a day after Arizona's primary election was held, some races are waiting to be called due to how close they are, while others have been called, including the U.S. House Dist. 8 race. Abe Hamadeh beat out several others, include Blake Masters, in the highly contended GOP match up.

Primary election: Voter turnout lower than expected in AZ

Voter turnout for the primary election was a bit lower than expected. Only 26% of the state's 4.1 million registered voters took part. Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates said a day after the election that his staffers are still working hard at the tabulation center.
