Legacy fund started for woman killed in Havasu Canyon flooding

Cat rescued after getting stuck in 40-foot palm tree

In Apache Junction, a cat and its owner are giving thanks to firefighters. The cat got trapped up a palm tree 40 feet up for more than four hours. Firefighters were ready to help and used their ladder to reach the kitty and take him down. The cat and owner were then reunited.
