Alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione appeared inside a Pennsylvania courtroom this morning and waived extradition, meaning the 26-year-old is headed back to New York City.

Ross Teeple sworn in as new Pinal County sheriff

Ross Teeple replaces outgoing Sheriff Mark Lamb, who has not said if he plans on running for another political office. Teeple served multiple roles in the sheriff's office for the last 16 years. Before that, he worked for a dozen years as an Arizona corrections officers. Teeple served in the U.S. Navy.

Phoenix man arrested for alleged role in Jan. 6 riot

David Crosby, 35, is accused of assaulting officers during the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. According to court documents, Crosby confronted police and rammed them into bike racks that were being used as a barricade. Two officers eventually sprayed Crosby with a chemical agent. Crosby faces multiple charges.

Woman allegedly given fentanyl by sober living staff

A lawsuit claims the state of Arizona knew Native Americans were exploited, injured, and dying in sober living facilities and one complainant alleges a staff member gave an alcoholic fentanyl, causing incapacitation. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum has the story.
