Top MS-13 gang leader arrested, FBI says

U.S. authorities have arrested one of the top leaders of the MS-13 gang in the country, the FBI announced Thursday. The 24-year-old suspect was captured in Woodbridge, Virginia, just south of Washington, D.C. Officials confirmed he is among the top three leaders of the gang in the United States.

Preston's Law up for full vote by AZ Senate

House Bill 2611 would add tougher consequences for aggravated assault charges if an attack involves two or more people. The bill is named after Preston Lord, who died after he was beaten outside a Halloween party in Queen Creek. Seven suspects have been charged in Lord's death.

ADOT warns of toll scam text messages

The Arizona Department of Transportation says dozens of people have reported getting text messages saying they owe unpaid toll fees. According to ADOT, there are no toll roads in the state under their jurisdiction. If you get one of the texts, you can report it to the federal Internet Crime Complaint Center.
