After police arrested the man who they say is responsible for shooting and injuring two Phoenix Police officers, we are learning that this is not the suspect's first run-in with the law. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum has more on Saul Bal's criminal past.

The news of the two Phoenix Police officers being shot has rattled other law enforcement members around the Valley. FOX 10’s Lauren Clark spoke to those who take care of first responders' mental health, and shares their message to others.

FOX 10's Steve Nielsen has the latest on the two Phoenix Police officers who were shot in the line of duty on Sept. 3 near 16th Street and McDowell Road. The suspect in the shooting, 41-year-old Saul Bal, was arrested.

Four people are dead and multiple others were hurt in a shooting at a high school in Georgia. It happened near the small town of Winder, about 60 miles northeast of Atlanta. Officers from several agencies were swarming Apalachee High School as students rushed to take shelter in a nearby football field. The shooting started around 9:30 Wednesday morning. Authorities say two teachers and two students were killed. A suspect has been arrested. The FBI has identified him as 14-year-old Colt Gray.

We are learning more about an investigation that resulted in a Buckeye school principal being placed on administrative. Per court documents, 42-year-old Joseph Kinney is accused of using a social media app called Whisper to talk to a teenage girl who was actually an undercover law enforcement agent.

We are learning more about a shooting at a high school in Georgia. Besides the four who died, nine others were injured, and taken to the hospital.

2 Phoenix Police officers remain in a local hospital, following a shooting Tuesday night. The suspect in the case has been taken into custody. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen and Irene Snyder have more, in team coverage.

Two Phoenix Police officers were injured in a shooting just outside of downtown near 15th Street and McDowell Road. One of the officers is in critical condition. A 41-year-old suspect has been arrested. Ron Hoon and Syleste Rodriguez discuss this, and other local and national headlines.

SWAT forces were used to apprehend a man who fled from a traffic stop and barricaded himself in a home in the City of Maricopa, police said.
